Terms of Use
Membership
By creating a membership, you will gain access to all OGCrafts craft projects, including templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions – as well as photo tutorials and video tutorials. You will also gain access to new craft projects and SVG templates added each week.
Monthly Membership
By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly membership rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your membership account on the website (My Account > Manage Membership). See the terms of our cancellation policy below.
Automatic Monthly Renewal Term
Once you have joined as a monthly member, OGCrafts will automatically process your monthly membership fee each month on the date you joined. OGCrafts will continue to automatically process your monthly membership fee each month at the then-current monthly membership rate until you cancel your membership.
We will not notify you before your membership renewal is billed. If you would like to maintain the membership for a certain limited period, you should set a reminder for yourself to cancel before the end of your current paid billing cycle.
We use 2Checkout to process your monthly membership fee. You can update your billing data or view information about your orders/transactions in the 2Checkout myAccount customer portal. To get access to the 2Checkout myAccount, follow the instructions in the 2Checkout order confirmation email.
Cancellation policy
Members can schedule cancellation of their membership at any time. Please note, the cancellation will not take effect immediately during your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to be able to use your membership, have access to all templates, printables, SVG files, and instructions until the end of the current paid billing cycle, whereupon your membership will then cancel rather than renew.
To cancel your monthly membership, log in to your membership account, and go to My Account > Manage Membership. Click the “Cancel” button and then click “Yes, cancel this membership”. Once you cancel your membership, you should receive an email confirming that you have successfully canceled your membership. If you do not receive this email, your membership may not have been successfully canceled, and you could still be charged. If this occurs, please contact us at [email protected] to confirm your membership cancellation.
To see the date on which your membership will cancel, go to My Account > Manage Membership. You can renew your membership at any time by clicking the “Renew” button.
Please note, refunds of a paid billing cycle (prorated or otherwise) are not available.
Copyright policy
All designs, videos, images, photographs, templates, and downloads on this website are owned by OGCrafts.
You are not permitted to adapt, print, copy, resell, or distribute our designs, templates, and downloads commercially or for profit. You are not permitted to sell any of the projects made using our designs for profit. To sell crafts made using our original designs, please additionally buy the Seller’s License (see the terms of Seller’s License below).
You are permitted to print, copy, and use our designs, downloads, and templates to make crafts for your personal use. It includes the gifting of such finished projects to others.
Welcome to share our copyrighted photographs on your social media channel, website, or blog in compliance with these guidelines:
- You cannot share any photo/video tutorials or downloadable templates.
- You cannot alter our photos in any way, nor remove, delete, or cover the ogcrafts.com watermark from any photos.
- You must provide a credit and link back to our original post or our website ogcrafts.com when sharing our content.
Seller's License
OGCrafts Seller’s License allows you to sell physical products made using our original designs for profit. Please note, the license allows you to sell your crafts, but it doesn’t give access to templates and instructions (you need to be a member for that).
Seller’s License Term
The license is valid for one year from the purchase. You can use any design (including that get released in the future) under this license during this period. To see the date until which your license is valid, go to My Account > Manage Membership. Towards the end of the period, we will send you a reminder so you can renew the license.
Seller’s License Permissions
- You CAN sell physical products made using our designs on personal websites, social media, Etsy, Shopify, and offline event planners.
- You CANNOT share, resell, or redistribute our designs, videos, and the digital files downloaded. You may not share them for any use, including personal.
- You CANNOT use our designs on native apps, web apps, websites, or use it as part of a trademark.
- You CANNOT use our designs on 3rd party Print On Demand sites (like Zazzle, Templett, etc.).
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this site, joining us as a member, maintaining membership, and/or purchasing the Seller’s License, you signify your acceptance of this policy and our terms of use. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our website. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by OGCrafts (the “Site”). We may change this policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy whenever you access the Site to stay informed about our information practices.
Personal identifiable information
We will collect personal information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
If you become an OGCrafts member, we will collect your name, email address, billing address, and credit card details to process your payment and to stay in touch with you about your membership.
If you buy the OGCrafts Seller’s License, we will collect your name, email address, website URL, billing address, and credit card details to process your payment and to check if you have a license when you sell on your website.
We use 2Checkout to process payments for Membership and Seller’s License and to store your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. You can read more about how 2Checkout uses your Personal Information here.
If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, you have the option to provide your name and email address. This information is collected and stored within our email marketing software, Mailchimp. You can read more about how Mailchimp uses your Personal Information here. You can change your email preferences in the link located at the bottom of any email we send.
Non-personal identifiable information
We may collect non-personal identifiable information about you whenever you interact with the Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about your means of connection to the Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilized and other similar information.

The Site may use “cookies” to enhance your experience. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about your web use.
